The gentleman that helped us at Telcel was amazing, he not only spoke english as well ad an American he spent the time to explain and help us choose a plan that would be good for expats.

My husband and I have been a frequent visitor to the Telcel in the Uptown Plaza. We've needed help with both of our new Mexican mobiles. We've also needed a huge amount of help whilst arranging for Internet to be connected to our house. This proved to be a challenge as it is located in a rural village rather than within the greater Merida conurbation. We cannot praise the customer service provide by Christian Medina. He has always been patient with us, has explained our different options and helped us to resolve issues when the options we've chosen haven't been possible. His English is excellent whilst our Spanish is poor and improving slowly. He has even phoned people on our behalf as our spoken Spanish is not brilliant and talking on a phone is more of a challenge. We are sure his heart now sinks whenever he sees us approaching. Yet he always greets us with a smile.
