★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención del asesor que me atendió, encontré el celular que se adecuo a mi presupuesto..por una persona no voy a calificar mal a este lugar...pero he de mencionar que uno de los cajeros es un grosero mal educado que piensa que me hace el favor no saluda y se cree Lord Telcel jaja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fila de espera no es tan larga pero podrían evitar que los usuarios pasen tanto tiempo en sus trámites , el personal de ventanilla parece poco interesado en ayudar a los usuarios , pero si tienen variedad de equipos y marcas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Todos levanten su reporte de mala atención, solo así se erradicará el problema. Iba por un tramita que no tarda mas de 10 minutos, simplemente en la entrada para explicar porque tramite venía, se tardaron eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para endeudarse con un plan y equipo rápido el servicio...pero para solucionar excesos de pago dar de baja una línea el peor servicio que he tenido, los del CAC te dicen que tienes que comunicarte en por tu móvil, los del móvil que por el CAC, al final con cobranza que te regresan al CAC...el cual no tiene ni da soluciones de nada!!! Nefasto!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención ya que siempre hacen lo mismo con los clientes aunque tengas un plan te hacen comprar chips y te hacen comprar recargas que ni ocupas o se roban y para colmos de colmos aunque compres un equipo de contado o con plan, te obligan a comprar el seguro. Es totalmente falso no te dejes engañar no tienes por que pagar adicionales y te recomiendo que hables con el o la gerente ya que tienen varias mañas. Como siempre queriendo ser gandallas con los clientes.
