★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera es muy largo aunque tienen ejecutivos disponibles para atender a clientes, tenia interés en conocer mas sobre sus equipos móviles y solicite ayuda pero nunca la recibí, me gustaria que ofrecieran sus equipos para poder adquirirlos y informarán sobre sus promociones vigentes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que sea un lugar tan amplio, con tanto personal, con más de 20 ventanillas y con tanto usuario solicitando servicios...pero solo 3 ejecutivos atendiendo efectivamente, otros 4 o 5 ejecutivos, no hacían nada por atender el montón de usuarios esperando. Para pasar a realizar mi trámite había 3 personas antes que yo, tarde 45 minutos en pasar, la atención fue buena, pero la espera fue demasiado tiempo. Jamás apareció algún gerente o ejecutivo al cual pedirle mayor atención. Lamentable y pésimo servicio.
