Lo único es que no hay donde sentarse para esperar y por lo general siempre hay alguna alarma sonando todo el día. Ha si, la calidad de servicio, es muy bueno, sin mensionar que Telcel es orgullosamente, MEXICANA además tiene la mayor cobertura en el país, con 80% de cobertura y muy buenos dispositivos y bueno, más o menos (lo digo así por que no me pagan por hacer estos comentarios, lo hago porque de verdad, la chica es hermosa) buenos planes. ✌ I loved it, I fell in love with my possible future wife, or girlfriend or something, hahaha I don't know, I hope to see her "agane". Encima los trabajadores son lo más poco profesional que hay. Están chismeando y ligando unos con otros mientras te atienden , qué corrientes, eduquen a su equipo dan pésima impresión. Terrible service is an understatement. It's been an hour and they still haven't canceled my line and they tell me they have no idea how long it's going to take. On top of that, the workers are the most unprofessional thing there is. They are gossiping and flirting with each other while they serve you, what currents, educate their team they give a bad impression.

Pero la atención es cuestión de suerte, te puede tocar una empleada muy profesional un cuate que tiene prisa por comerse la gorda de chicharrón en vez de atenderte. The place is spacious. Came up to the sales clerk ans he told me he couldn't renew my subscription because my ID was invalid, even though I presented all proof, and even gave my fingerprint for recognition. He told me he could help even though he will not accept my ID. We waited for another 10 minutes with him, and then told me he couldn't do anything and that I had one week to get a new ID, other wise my plan will be demoted. Terrible service, they just make people waste time.
