★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a hacer un trámite muy sencillo, para pagar mí servicio, por medio de mí banco, consistía en pedir la referencia, me dieron turno, y 40 minutos después decidí irme, nunca me atendieron. No quedan ganas de volver a ir.
I went to do a very simple procedure, to pay for my service, through my bank, it consisted of asking for the reference, they gave me an appointment, and 40 minutes later I decided to leave, they never attended me. There is no desire to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, fui a comprar un teléfono, y para empezar los vendedores ni siquiera se acercaban a darme informes, uno se acercó y me terminó ignorando por irse a platicar con su compañera. No me sabían solucionar porque iba a pagar con transferencia. Lo único bueno fue al final dos señoritas de ventanilla fueron las que me solucionaron, una de ellas fue muy atenta diciéndome de manera continua que mi trámite ya casi estaba listo.
Terrible, I went to buy a phone, and to begin with, the vendors did not even come to give me reports, one approached and ended up ignoring me for going to talk with his partner. They didn't know how to solve it because I was going to pay by transfer. The only good thing was in the end two ladies at the window were the ones who solved me, one of them was very attentive, continuously telling me that my procedure was almost ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos durante la pandemia nada recomendable, por falta de personal, los tiempos de espera informados el día de hoy informados por la amable señorita de la entrada eran de 90 minutos y tal vez un poco más debido a lo ya mencionado. La atención de el escaso personal muy buena a pesar de todo.
