I place 1 star because I have bought 4 cell phones there, of which 2 came out with call failures. One of them only needed a chip change (it implied an extra expense apart from the purchase of the cell phone) the other case also used another chip thinking that it would be the solution, but no. Afterwards, they had to go back to the store to have it checked by the technician and validated that indeed the cell phone had faults, it was sent to León as a guarantee. While they were reviewing it, they bought another small alternative cell phone so as not to leave my mother incommunicado and well, once I had the cell phone back at the store and I go for it, they tell me that I only had a factory reset (which I had previously done it to see if it helped, and it did not) and the software was installed again. The other comments were as follows: The cell phone has no factory fault because it seems that the problem of calls is only on the cell phones of the lady's children (my mother) so here they have another problem because one of my sisters has a cell phone that I bought her at the same place so there would already be 3 out of 4 faulty cell phones bought there ... The situation leaves me with a very bitter taste in my mouth because if the cell phone continues to fail, they will have to send the cell phone back to León and there they will evaluate whether to proceed. I asked if I would apply a change for another equipment that if it works and they do not have the knowledge to give me an answer. So good. The truth is, I would not recommend the place to acquire a new equipment.
