Pero para que te atiendan se tardan horas, fui por un chip y la señora que me atendió pesima actitud, solo me dio el chip sin decirme que tenía que poner una recarga para darlo de alta. Tuve que regresar y hablar con ella. Y me dice no te dijeron que tenías que hacer una recarga para que se diera de alta ?. Y obvio no me dijo. Se quedo con mi chip, me mando a caja a hacer una recarga y que regresara con ella, llego con ella y me ce y se tarda 10 min en atenderme por estar platicando me dice ya esta dado de alta y con una cara de perro me da el chip y se va
Fue la caja 22 a las 2. Una señora chaparra, morena, cabello negro, de como 40 años

Le muestro mi cédula profesional digital y me dice que tiene que ser en físico de lo contrario no me puede atender. Pedí hablar con su supervisor o gerente y no fue para hablarles.
Así que si vas a Telcel sin identificación, pero con tu cédula profesional digital, es muy probable que te nieguen el servicio como a mi. :c
