 The service is too slow and they never clarify the packages, it is useless to put a balance on your phone. If they don't clarify. With them you never win anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to learn more about phones and systems. The lack of knowledge is CV lear. Something really really bad is that I took my phone for repair and the technician logged into my Google account and added his own phone number in my account. Why? Can someone explain why. It was just invasive knowing he could access my personal information and my family pictures. I immediately erased it but I don't know no if he made a copy of my personal phone into his computer. He didn't fix my problem.
