★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mí este es de los mejores centros de atención de Oaxaca. Fui a las otras sucursales y no solucionaron el problema. En este centro de atención recibí buen trato por parte de la señorita que me atendió y respondió a todas mis preguntas. Solucionó el problema e incluso recomendó otras. Ahora sí no tengo tema con mi pago.
 For me this is one of the best care centers in Oaxaca. I went to the other branches and they did not fix the problem. In this care center I received good treatment from the lady who attended me and answered all my questions. It fixed the problem and even recommended others. Now I have no issue with my payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno, la atención muy rápida. Lo único malo es que los puntos azules no sirven para nada a la hora de renovar, suben el precio de algunos celulares y descuentan muy poco, por lo que en ocasiones es mejor renovar sin celular y sólo contratar los servicios.
The service is very good, very fast attention. The only bad thing is that the blue dots are useless when it comes to renewing, they raise the price of some cell phones and discount very little, so sometimes it is better to renew without a cell phone and only contract the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El centro de atención a clientes de plaza del valle como tal está bien, el problema es su personal atendiendo en ventanillas!! Parece que les vas a pedir un favor!! A duras penas te quieren atender, se sienten los grandes ejecutivos y al momento de atenderte lo hacen como si no les quedara de otra! Horrible servicio por parte del personal!! De nuestros impuestos obtienen un sueldo y tal parece que se les olvida!!
The Plaza del Valle customer service center as such is fine, the problem is its staff attending the counters!! Looks like you're going to ask them for a favor!! They hardly want to serve you, the great executives feel and when they serve you they do it as if they had no other choice! Horrible service by the staff!! From our taxes they get a salary and it seems that they forget!
