★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención. Compré el plan 500 con un supuesto buen teléfono de calidad a los 6 meses me comenzó a fallar lo llevé a Telcel y me dijeron que el teléfono no era original era un clon. Mienten y defraudan.
Bad attention. I bought the 500 plan with a supposed good quality phone at 6 months it started to fail me, I took it to Telcel and they told me that the phone was not original, it was a clone. They lie and cheat.

It is very wide to start and they attend quickly since they have enough staff (this at least in the visit I had).

They don't take good care of you, they take care of you as if they were doing you a favor, they say they close at 10 and at 10 at 8 it is already closed, I don't understand and I still have to pay hahaha
