Realmente el servicio por el que vas está bien, el problema es a la entrada ya que como solo permiten entrar una persona se vuelve un desmadre al esperar ya que cuando vas con alguien y buscas su opinión tienen que estar entrando y saliendo y eso hace UE se acumule gente, otro punto malo es que al dejar entrar solo una persona y van dos o más personas que viene juntas pero van a entrar por razones diferente que fue uno de los casos de mi familia que cada uno teníamos problemas con nuestros celulares y líneas pues no nos dejaron entrar. Que hasta que uno saliera entraba otro y eso vuelve muy lento el flujo de la gente aparte de que a la primer persona lo dejaron esperando 30 min sin pasarlo porque los técnicos no estaban y tuvimos que regresar dos horas despues

Pesima atencion por parte de los empleados de las ventanillas 30 0 31, acudi a realizar un tramite de recuperacion de linea por robo, y al intentar genenar el proceso el empleado que me comenzo a atender me indica que no coincide los datos de le anote en una hoja, datos que me dicen son los importes que pago mes con mes y la fecha de renovacion del plan, los cuales en el importe de pago a sido variados ya que pago entre 400 a 600 pesos dependiendo del uso de mis datos, en cuanto a la renovacion de linea tengo hace ya unos años con ella, pero al momento de renovarla me hicieron cancelarlo, luego darlo de alta , despues un tercer ejecutivo me comento que no tenian que cancelarlo que solo se hacia renovacion sinceramente no se bien como quedo ese proceso, lo que si se es que mes con mes me cobran y les pago. Lo unico que solicitaba a las 3 personas que me atendiero incluyendo a la jefa era como podia optener los pagos que he realizdo o que tramite o con que persona podia verificarlo a lo que solo se limitaba a decir que el titular debe saberlos, un servidor es el titular y desconozco de esos datos como cualquier otra persona puede estar pasando en la misma situacion. bueno le explique a la "jefa" que desea ejerce mi derecho a la ley ARCO a lo que me respondio que la empresa no puede darme ningun dato. Me nego totalmente la opcion de ejercer mis derechos ARCOS a lo cual decidi grabarla para tener evidencia de los que me estaba mencionado y huyo esta persona sin dar la cara y sin dar una solucion al problema que de por si ya es desgastante despues de sufrir un robo.

Vine hace un mes, disque me renovaron el plan, ahora vengo después de meses y me quieren cobrar seguros porque no renové a tiempo. ¡Telcel con planes es una gran basura! Celulares más caros y anualidades fantasmas.
