Iba con la intención de renovar mi plan, el cual no pude ya que la persona que me atendió queria que pagará un seguro que por que eran politas de Telcel.

Si te van a tardar en atender por lo menos que estés cómodo, sales cansado y estresado de ese lugar porque muchas veces los asesores cómo que no entiendes lo que les dicen, creen que ellos saben mucho y que tienen la verdad absoluta
Hay que estarles explicando varias veces de diferentes formas para que comprendan
