★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here very often because I have a problem with losing my phone. This operation puts many of it's US counterparts to shame. Tip-Top in every way. The flagship store in the Galleria Vallarta is very large, immaculately clean, unbelievable inventory of phones available, fast service for both a purchase or a quick repair. The majority of the staff do not speak any English, but don't let that stop you, they will track down someone who can and get you out of there ASAP ? and satisfied. Yep, 11 phones in 3 years how sad is that? But Telcel loves me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen Fin sale and not nearly enough staff. I knew what I wanted. Came in and said what I wanted and have been in line for over 1 hour, estimated 1/2 more based on the line movement iver the last hour. Leaving now amd Telcel lost a $6,000 phone sale. I do not think they care.

The process is stream lined; no matter what you came in for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STOP CALLING ME!!! Today I got 4 phone calls from solicitors so far. When they realize my Spanish is not good they talk over me and rudely hang up. Then they call back an hour or two later.
This is rude and unprofessional.
I would never buy from TelCel based on the behavior of those who call me
Someone please get them to stop the rude phone calls multiple times each day.
