★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our money. Fast talked for 2 mon. Never got a thing, well that we bought. They said they didn't have it or our money. When we said we would call a cop, suddenly will give me something from the store. $700 stolen. Nothing to do with the service. And they never showed me how to connect either. Data limited. Drowned with adds in Spanish and other people cannot call you. If you are American, steer clear of this mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just can't beat this little shop when it comes to getting quality assistance in both English and Spanish. Don't waste time and get frustrated by going to the big box store. No need, when they can do everything at this small, family-owned gem that can be done at the Telcel Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, reliable source. Our problem involved an I Phone and AT,&T service but we started with Ana (Telcel across from Chopsticks). She told us about a big AT&T store nearby which did not appear on our Google maps search for AT&T, and they did the rest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ana was very helpful helping me set up my unlocked cell from Canada. Excellent English spoken and took 15 minutes to have service. Showed me how to call back home by adding 00 before the Canada or USA cell number .
To call me here from cell in Canada you add +52 to a cell phone in mexico. Only paid $200 peso per month for north american unlimited call and text.
Even have a few gigs of data monthly for browsing or Google maps directions as well. I pay 5 times that price back home!
