★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera varía según el horario, personalmente creo que la atención que te dan es buena (no cortante, incluso si no tienen lo que buscas ofrecen alternativas) pero creo que dejan ingresar a demasiada gente para la situación que se vive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en atenderte, supongo es el horario en que vas, pero aún así, según el cliente es lo más importante, tal parece que no es así. Te atienden tal parece que te hacen un mega favor ( El personal te trata pésimo)y para terminar, siempre terminas pagando mucho más de lo que es. Y se los dice alguien que en verdad es muy pasivo. Si asisten a este lugar, háganse a la idea que van a perder al menos 1 hora, y desembolsarán más de lo que pensaron. Suerte!
They take too long to assist you, I guess it is the time you go, but still, according to the client it is the most important, it seems that it is not so. They take care of you so it seems that they do you a mega favor (The staff treats you badly) and to finish, you always end up paying much more than it is. And they are told by someone who is really very passive. If you attend this place, get to the idea that you will lose at least 1 hour, and pay more than you thought. Luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen 20 ventanillas de atención al cliente, sólo dos personas atienden. Te hacen esperar una hora afuera y no es exagerado, cuando entras otros 45 minutos. Ya estando en ventanilla no pueden explicar nada. Te dicen -permítame un momento. Entran a una puerta blanca y salen 20 minutos después para decir llama al *264. Jamás mejoraran.
They have 20 customer service windows, only two people attend. They make you wait an hour outside and it's not exaggerated, when you walk in another 45 minutes. Already being at the window they cannot explain anything. They tell you - allow me a moment. They enter a white door and leave 20 minutes later to say call * 264. They will never get better.

-lugar limpio
-buenas medidas de seguridad por el covid
-buen trato
-baños limpios
No tengo nada más que decir esta bien si tardas en hacer fila es por las medidas de seguridad y a mi parecer me parecen bien.
