★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor que puede haber. Los guardias de la entrada son unos prepotentes. Estaba 10 centímetros (literal porque el espacio no es grande) separada de la etiqueta de entrada y me hizo que me moviera. De verdad muy mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este centro de atencion de Telcel, cumple con las necesidades para la actividad a desarrollar, es decir, recibir a todos los usuarios de Telcel que van a realizar el pago, compra reparacion y otros servicios hoy dia acudi de nuevo a cambiar un chip y la atención de maravilla, cabe mencionar que algunas ocasiones hay fila derivado a la situacion del Covid y se debe cumplir con las restricciones, sin embargo muy eficiente su atención, solo hay que estar considerando esta situacion para llegar lo más relajado t con tiempo suficiente para no presionarte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo visiten ese lugar si ya tienen todas las respuestas a todas sus propias preguntas y si van a comprar 10 iPhone 13, de lo contrario el personal se enoja por todo y te hacen cara de todo y al parecer hay una escala jerarquica secreta donde primero te mandan a los vendedores de las marcas y si logras pasar ese filtro llegas al mostrador con alguien que debe estar harto de hacer lo mismo durante mucho tiempo y nosotros somos los culpables de eso. ??
