★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 1 hora en ventanilla por que sus tablets no funcionaban para realizar los trámites y terminaron imprimiendo los documentos que necesitaban, cosa que pudieron hacer desde el principio.
 I spent 1 hour at the window because their tablets did not work to carry out the procedures and they ended up printing the documents they needed, which they were able to do from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente lentísima, llegué cuando había dos números antes de mi para ser atendida, estuve durante media hora esperando en la fila y nunca se movieron los números de atención, seguían las mismas dos personas antes que yo y como cinco más atrás de mi esperando. Había varios módulos pero sólo atendían 3 personas y eran lo más lento del mundo. Tuve que retirarme porque ya no podía esperar más, ya que tenía más cosas por hacer.
Very slow customer service, I arrived when there were two numbers before me to be served, I was waiting in line for half an hour and the service numbers never moved, the same two people were still before me and about five more behind me waiting. There were several modules but only 3 people attended and they were the slowest in the world. I had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer as I had more things to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, se realizó el cambio de titular de la línea en el mes de octubre y desde ese mes han tenido fallas en el sistema que están haciendo que se tenga que pagar más en cada factura y a pesar de que una vez que se Ingresa la aclaración se reembolsa el monto, únicamente te hacen perder tu tiempo y paciencia, no lo recomendaría jamás
Terrible customer service, the line owner changed in October and since that month they have had failures in the system that are causing more to be paid on each bill and despite the fact that once you enter the clarification is refunded the amount, they only make you waste your time and patience, I would never recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cellphone service in México leaves much to be desired compared to the States. For starters, the prices of cellphones themselves are astronomical by comparison. This is not a Telcel specific thing, but pretty much the case throughout México. Unlimited data is not generally available either. All that said, from experience, Telcel is better than rest, and that includes AT&T. Staff are friendly and helpful at this location.
