Si me los hubieran aclarado seguro aún estaría con ellos.
Pero me dio la impresión al menos con 2 de los ejecutivos qué me atendieron que no les importa perder usuari@s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se respetan las medidas sanitarias, si fue un poco tardado mi trámite pero es por el sistema que estaba fallando he realizado varias contrataciones de planes y el proceso es rápido, me atendieron muy bien, recomiendo ver los planes en la página primero para solo llegar a contratar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me asaltaron y fui a recuperar mi numero de teléfono tengo mi cuenta en Telcel por lo tanto desde ahí di de baja mi numero me dieron un código con el cual se supone solo recogería mi nuevo chip y me piden mi CREDENCIAL es algo ilógico cuando las reposiciones tardan mucho y me asaltaron por lo cual no la tengo intente con la credencial de la universidad y me dijeron forzosamente ocupan mi INE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan bastante para atender las persona que me atendió fue muy amable pero hace falta más personal porque tardaron casi una hora para atenderme y para el trámite que realice que solo tardo como 5 min en hacerlo mucha perdida de tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que nos atendió en ventanilla es muy amable (Berenice) pero la que nos dio el turno no tenía muy buena actitud. Mi visita fue como a las 11 y no tuve que esperar, casi no había gente lo cual estuvo fantástico.
