Hasta la supervisora interviene para resolver tu asunto....Si viven en Tuxtla les recomiendo no acudir a los centros de atención en Tuxtla...vale la pena viajar a San Cristobal y ser atendidos con esta calidad en el servicio ¡¡¡
Excellent attention! There are few places where they treat you with warmth and are interested in the problem that takes you there. Even the supervisor intervenes to resolve your issue....If you live in Tuxtla I recommend you not to go to the service centers in Tuxtla...it is worth traveling to San Cristobal and being treated with this quality of service!

Very unfriendly place. Chetumal is NOT tourist friendly and I will pass this along to all the sites available to people considering at some point coming to Mexico.
The heavy set hard today at the door was the friendliest person there at the downtown location.
It's time to change my service.
Thank you or delete or address the issues as you please. My 899.00 peasos are going to another carrier with friendly customer service.
