★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no vele la pena contratar un plan ya no te dan mas que $1000 x contratar un plan a 18 meses mejor le pongo saldo cada vez que quiero y compro el celular donde mas me convenga sus equipos siempre estan mas caros que en cualquier centro comercial.
Urge un paquete de internet real mente ilimitado y la cobertura en muchos lados es un asco el internet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí un teléfono en teoría nuevo, pero 2 personas de atención muy mal, el primero me entrega mi equipo en caja abierta, falla en pantalla y sistema, en la recolección del equipo para garantía la chava con pésima actitud, lo recibió. Ya al recoger el chavo que me lo entregó un 100 en su atención. Al parecer es el modos operandi de este centro, OJO, reciban sus equipos en caja sellada siempre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here in San Juan De Los Lagos on vacation with my husband who is actually born and raised here.
We went to telcel to get an extra chip for my iphone so that i could use the dual sim feature. As we walked in, the told us that only one of us could go in. i explained that he was going to see if he could get a sim too and that he was my interperter since my spanish is ok but not to par when out of the usa. The front door person allowed us in and when we get to the information desk to tell them what i wanted and needed, he argued with me on the capabilities of my iphone XS Max. He instructed that i could go back to get in line, only one of us could go. Even when telling him that he (my husband) is who understands better since this is his native language, he didn't budge and said that only one could go. I was so upset and my husband said lets go.
I will never go into this establishment ever again. Their customer service is horrid.
