El teléfono que compré, que me aconsejó el edecán de la telefonía marca. VIVO muy amable y me apoyó a pasar todo lo del teléfono anterior al nuevo. Lo recomiendo. Inlet, temperature, sanitizer safe distance. I went to renew my plan, it was almost empty, they treated me very well, excellent. The phone that I bought, which the aide-de-camp of the brand telephony advised me. VIVO very kind and supported me to pass everything from the old phone to the new one. I recommend it.

Excellent place, very well located. There is free parking in front for an hour, but they are quick to attend at the customer service center.
L	Leo Méssi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor átencion, realmente éstoy arrepentido de haber contratado plan con Telcel, me cobraron varias mensualidades de fondo aún cuando yo tengo mi equipo, solo por la línea, me dejaron muerto el SIM por casi 2 semanas, y no me resolvieron por teléfono ni por chat, por mi trabajo no podía ir, hasta que fui personalmente, y jamas admitieron que fue error de ellos...tuve que comprar otro sim, en eso se me venció la siguiente factura (en seguida me cortaron el servicio, pues en eso de cobrar son muy éficientes, así habían de ser para solucionar sus errores!!!) que es casi misión imposible pagar pues no me la mandaron a mi correo como me dijeron, en áurrera no se puede pagar, por aplicación no me áceptaba la transferencia, y en Oxxo tarda dé 24 á 48 horas en reflejar el pago y por lo tanto la reconexión!!! De verdad si van a contratar busquen otra opción, por qué "no es la mejor red" ni dan"el méjor servicio!! The worst attention, I really regret having contracted a plan with Telcel, they charged me several monthly installments even though I have my equipment, only for the line, they left my SIM dead for almost 2 weeks, and they did not solve me by phone or by chat, because of my work I couldn't go, until I went personally, and they never admitted that it was their mistake... I had to buy another sim, that's when the next bill expired (they cut off my service right away, because in that to collect are very efficient, that's how they had to be to solve their mistakes!!!) which is almost an impossible mission to pay because they didn't send it to my email as they told me, in áurrera you can't pay, by application they didn't accept the transfer , and in Oxxo it takes 24 to 48 hours to reflect the payment and therefore the reconnection!!! Really, if you are going to hire, look for another option, because "it is not the best network" nor do they give "the best service!!

A los que íbamos a trámites nos dejaron al último. Por parte del personal que me atendió en ventanilla todo de maravilla, súper bien,amable, muy atento y servicial.

D	Dayton Conway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have wrestled with these people multiple times. Instead of making payment of your bill easy they continue to make it extremely difficult. They continue to cut off my wife's phone because of non payment, when they make it impossible to pay the bill. We are forced to drive from Tequisquipan to San Juan del Rio to deal with these people in person because you cannot resolve anything over the phone. This is a phone company for goodness sake!!
