★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable que el personal que labora en esta empresa no tenga la capacidad o bien No esté capacitado para resolver los problemas de los clientes es increíble que no te puedan dar respuesta y si te llegaran a dar alguna respuesta es equivocada por lo que no recomiendo que visiten este centro de atención a clientes ya que van a batallar por la falta de capacitación.
 It is unfortunate that the staff that works in this company does not have the capacity or is not trained to solve customer problems, it is incredible that they cannot give you an answer and if they do give you an answer, it is wrong, so I do not recommend that visit this customer service center as you will struggle with the lack of training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables sobre todo él policia que te da la bienvenida, el joven que te da turno...pero super exageradamente la espera para poder hacer un tramite como un plan,comprar un accesorio asi 2 horas para el tramite.
Very friendly, especially the policeman who welcomes you, the young man who gives you a shift... but he waits extremely exaggeratedly to be able to do a process as a plan, buy an accessory like this, 2 hours for the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el servicio es bueno pero esta vez no me gustó mucho la atención de quien me atendió, no me explico prácticamente nada y solo se aseguro y daba por hecho que me vendería algo no me dio el precio final del equipo por el que le pregunte y cuando le dije que solo quería preguntar para ir checando precios y hacer una mejor compra me puso cara, fue muy molesto.
In general the service is good but this time I did not like the attention of the person who attended me, he did not explain practically anything to me and he only made sure and assumed that he would sell me something he did not give me the final price of the equipment for which I asked him And when I told him that I only wanted to ask to check prices and make a better purchase, he made me face, it was very annoying.
