★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ingreso es lento pese a que no hay gente adentro (pandemia), la atención de recepcionista es muy déspota aunque vas a renovar tu plazo, la atención de la cajera al pagar es como si le hicieras un favor y te dice que debes de llevar cambio ya que vas a pagar... Neta que pésima atención a clientes...

Al principio no, nos dieron mucha importancia con nuestra compra y el primer asesor literalmente no quiso vendernos nada, pero en la segunda visita fue diferente ahora explicamos los que necesitábamos y la segunda persona que nos atendió nos dio toda la información así como algunos consejos para hacer la compra más rápida y eficiente. Siento que podrían mejorar si escucharán al cliente y simplificaran el área de compra y servicios. A final perdí media hora y no compre nada por qué sentí que no entendían lo que necesitaba, aparte de pedir demasiada información personal solo por una simple cotización. =(
My experience will only be shopping without taking into account other services. At first no, they gave us a lot of importance with our purchase and the first advisor literally did not want to sell us anything, but on the second visit it was different now we explained what we needed and the second person who attended us gave us all the information as well as some tips for make the purchase faster and more efficient. I feel that they could improve if they listened to the customer and simplified the area of purchase and services. In the end I lost half an hour and did not buy anything because I felt that they did not understand what I needed, other than asking for too much personal information just for a simple quote. = (
