★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to renew our company's lines. And in spite of the fact that we had started the process with an authorized distributor, we were invited to visit Telcel (they thought it would faster). Awful mistake!
Was told that I should have waited 1 hour per line.
That, of curse, is unacceptable.
We left empty handed.
Most likely we will have to change mobile service providers.
