Si quieres saber lo que es el ambiente del imss. Esta es la opción . La mayoría de los empleados ( que en su mente no lo son...son socios ) son malísimos . Poco atentos, groseros , apáticos , desinteresados, desinformados , etc, etc . Para mí son lo peor !!!!

Muy buena atención del ejecutivo, sin embargo TELCEL se empeña en tener procesos muy tediosos y lentos. Por un cambio de chip ble tarde una hora porque tenía que actualizar todos los datos del titular. El cambio del chip se llevó 5 minutos
Very good attention from the executive, however TELCEL insists on having very tedious and slow processes. For a ble chip change it took an hour because I had to update all the holder's data. The chip change took 5 minutes

Tengi historial con un ekipo plan mas alto y m negaron otro plan.. M pedian 3 rentas d 299.00 y pagar ekipo. ?

La atención al cliente es muy lenta, y solo atienden a una persona por familia, por el asunto de limitar el espacio por seguridad. Todos sus procesos están bien pulidos y asegurados para Telcel, ojo con el contrato que firmen. Aún así a pesar de ser una empresa dominante y con poder sustancial. Es la mejor opción de comunicaciones móviles.
Customer service is very slow, and they only serve one person per family, due to the issue of limiting space for safety. All their processes are well polished and secured for Telcel, be careful with the contract they sign. Still despite being a dominant company with substantial power. It is the best option for mobile communications.
