★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion a clientes, se dejo celular nuevo por falla en bocina, te hacen ir al siguiente dia para decirte que no tiene nada, reclamas que lo revisen nuevamente y magicamente encuentran la falla de calidad, mal muy mal telcel, creeria que en los tiempos que estamos viviendo cuidarian a sus consumidores y resulta que por que ya cerraron no me dan el servicio completo y tengo que regresar el servicio comleto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala organización, tienes que hacer una fila de 40 min con toda la gente amontonada afuera de la plaza en el rayo del sol o lloviendo para que te den un papelito que ni siquiera es tu ficha, llegas y no hay nadie que te reciba en la entrada,pero si te pasas te regresan muy groseras y de mala gana. En mi caso íbamos mi esposo y yo a comprar un equipo cada quien y después de todo el proceso me dice que solo puede pasar uno,que si queríamos comprar los dos teníamos que haber pedido 2 papelitos, le digo que nadie pregunto a qué veníamos ni nos dijeron que solo pasaría uno. Le pregunto que si entonces me tengo que formar nuevamente para sacar otro turno a lo que me contesta muy grosera otra señora que si voy a pasar o no por que le estoy estorbando en la fila. Solo le di las gracias y le entregue su ficha. Ustedes sabrán si van a qué los humillen y los atiendan de mala gana
