★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, no te prestan atención. Pedí recuperar un número de teléfono. Me piden mi INE y me comentan que solamente haga una recarga y se activa. Hago la recarga de 150, veo que no se activa nuevamente, regreso y me dicen que por qué hice la recarga, que mi numero lo habían vendido y que había perdido el dinero y no me lo iban a regresar.
Terrible service, they don't pay attention to you. I asked to retrieve a phone number. They ask me for my INE and they tell me to only do a recharge and it is activated. I recharge 150, I see that it is not activated again, I return and they tell me why I did the recharge, that my number had been sold and that I had lost the money and they were not going to return it to me.
