★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar te piden tu número y preguntan el motivo de tu visita, y luego te refieren a alguien que pueda atenderte. Tienen aproximadamente 33 ventanillas (aunque no todas abiertas) pero eso hace que la atención sea más fluida.
La señorita que nos atendió en la ventanilla 31, fue muy amable y nos dio a detalle toda la cotización que se le pidió. Iba en compañía de una persona de la 3a edad y muy amablemente nos sacó una silla para que la persona se sentará durante medio proceso que fueron unos 45 min en total.
Tienen unas islitas con los teléfonos donde puedes interactuar y observar mejor su funcionamiento. Tienen personal que se dedica a cada marca y te brinda mejor información.
?? No hay asientos y a veces el proceso es largo.
Upon arrival they ask for your number and the reason for your visit, and then refer you to someone who can help you. They have approximately 33 windows (although not all open) but that makes the service more fluid.
The lady who attended us at window 31 was very kind and gave us in detail all the quote that was requested. I was in the company of an elderly person and he very kindly pulled out a chair for the person to sit down for half the process, which was about 45 minutes in total.
They have some little islands with the telephones where you can interact and better observe their operation. They have staff who are dedicated to each brand and give you better information.
?? There are no seats and sometimes the process is long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience with any company support ever! We purchased a sim and a 200 pesos unlimited package in a oxxo convenience store. The package should include 3gb and last 30 days.
After only 5 days we get a message stating that all data was used and that the package would only work for calls and messages for another 2 days.
Sure enough, everything stopped working after the 7 days total.
Telcel support on mail and Facebook is useless. I finally go to this store and get a bit of proper help and answers. Only to find after over an hour in this store that a package of 50 pesos is automatically activated lasting only 7 days. After this was used it just ate up the rest.
Telcel says they won't do ANYTHING about this and that we would have to purchase a new package instead.
We are 4 people who wasted 1400 pesos on 5-7 days of data/calls because of misinformation and telcel won't do anything to fix the problem not even offer a 100 pesos package on just one of our sims....
Outrageous!
