★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un centro de atención Telcel como muchos otros, localizado por la entrada posterior de plaza Américas Xalapa, relativamente amplio, pero con pocos asientos para hacer la espera menos cansada, pues el turno tarda mucho, el día de hoy acudí (21-11-19) y mi tiempo de espera fue de 45 minutos con 11 turnos antes del mío, a pesar que tiene bastantes cubículos, tienen pocos asesores. La atención del ejecutiva es amable y eficiente, ningún punto malo. Ni modo, es lo que hay que esperar por un servicio necesario e indispensable en éstas épocas.
It is a Telcel service center like many others, located by the rear entrance of Plaza Americas Xalapa, relatively large, but with few seats to make the wait less tired, because the shift takes a lot, today I went (21-11- 19) and my waiting time was 45 minutes with 11 shifts before mine, although it has enough cubicles, they have few advisors. The executive's attention is friendly and efficient, no bad point. Neither way, is what to expect for a necessary and indispensable service in these times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, very unorganized staff. Waited about 40 minutes just to ask if they had a phone in stock. They are overstaffed yet nearly half don't seem to be doing much other than chatting amongst each other. Yet they have a huge line up outside the store. Once you finally make it inside you are asked to make a second line inside the store. Some stuff members don't know much about their products. Very incompetent. Won't return.
