★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trámites son muy tardados y en ocasiones los empleados dejan de atender al cliente por estar platicando o apoyando a otro compañero, me parece que para apoyo debería existir un supervisor qué pueda dar ese soporte a los agentes.
The procedures are very time consuming and sometimes the employees stop serving the client because they are talking or supporting another colleague, it seems to me that for support there should be a supervisor who can give that support to the agents.
