★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ocupado Telcel por 15 años y hoy es la primera vez que el personal me trata de una manera bastante irrespetuosa.
No supieron aclarar mis dudas y en lugar de intentar retenerme, me insultaron diciendo "si quieres, si no, tenemos más clientes".
Que personal tan nefasto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have this idea that Telcel is expensive but they offer the controlled plan wich is pretty awesome because the rate is always going to stay the same. Now the service always depends on the agent. Sometimes the agent is very nice and sometimes they are rude. This time the agent was very nice and we obtained the service we needed.
