★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es importante destacar q es cable vision no es telcel, cable vision es un pesimo servicio, x la razon q es puntual al corte , pero no es puntual al activar el servicio, como lo dese, q maximo 48 horas y se pasan asta 11 dias y esos once dias ya estan corriendo de servicio q tu pagaste, y ellos no cumple, pero si son exactos al cortarte el servicio, no es confiable esta empresa, tambien hay mucha deficincia, en a tencion al al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia que fuimos ibamos a comprar un chip y que pasaran mi número a ese nuevo, solo habia una chica trabajando y la cajera, eramos como 5 personas y entiendo que estaba ella sola pero solo esperamos un rato y solo porque el vigilante nos pregunto que ibamos a hacer y le dijimos la chica nos comento que eso no lo podian hacer ellos que solo en la gran plaza o galerias, si no fuera por el vigilante ibamos a esperar turno y a perder mas el tiempo pues no no iban a atender, creo que deberian de estar mas pendientes para saber que si y que no pueden realizar en la sucursal, digoq el vigilante fue muy amable, pero creo yo que el personal de telcel es quien debe estar pendiente o no dejar solo una persona de guardia
