★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sólo dan un pésimo servicio, se roban tu televisor en lugar de repararlo. Me pidieron tiempo para revisar el televisor y poder darme una cotización. Después de pasados varios días y llamadas sin respuesta (porque ellos no te llaman aunque quedan en hacerlo), te amenazan en que si te quieres llevar el televisor te cobrarán por almacenaje, después de que fueron ellos los que pidieron tiempo y nunca se comunicaron ni me tuvieron la cotización. Not only do they give a terrible service, they steal your TV instead of repairing it. They asked me for time to check the TV and give me a quote. After several days and unanswered calls (because they don't call you even though they still do), they threaten that if you want to take the TV they will charge you for storage, after they were the ones who asked for time and never communicated or they had me the quote. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmo lo de la otra mala reseña, tuvieron 5 meses mi pantalla y siempre me daban largas, te dicen que en una semana ya ven si queda, que hay que revisarla, que ya casi, ya era rutina hablar cada 2 semanas para preguntar y siempre te salen con lo mismo. No me iba a esperar un año, más fácil está comprarse una nueva que lidiar con esto. Cero ética profesional, la mínima decencia es decir la verdad, que no se puede reparar o que van a tardarse un año. Ignoro el motivo detrás de este comportamiento pero dejan mucho que desear.
I confirm the other bad review, they had my screen for 5 months and they always gave me long, they tell you that in a week they will see if there is left, that you have to check it, that almost, it was routine to talk every 2 weeks to ask and always they come out with the same. I was not going to wait a year, it is easier to buy a new one than to deal with this. Zero professional ethics, the minimum decency is to tell the truth, that it cannot be repaired or that it will take a year. I do not know the reason behind this behavior but they leave much to be desired.
