Tienen un servicio al cliente muy lento, es demasiado lo que uno tiene que esperar para que lo atiendan y también para que le resuelvan el problema a uno, referente al cobro la maquina es rápida.

Excelente servicio, aunque pocas personas para atender, lo cual se entiende porque no reciben mucha gente pero llega a ser tedioso cuando hay más de 3 personas siendo atendidas.

Mala atención y asesoramiento. Quiero cancelar mí servicio y me dice que no pueden que tengo que marcar a un número marco al dichoso número y que tampoco me pueden cancelar por qué tengo que seleccionar la opción 4 de 2 opciones. No contraten izzi. Los canales se ven horribles como si le faltará color el costo con la calidad del servicio no tienen comparación es muy caro para un pésimo servicio. Hay una señora súper sangrona y cerradas su única respuesta es nosotros no le podemos cancelar. Es una señora como de 40 o 50 años chaparra, llenita de cabello corto hasta el hombro. A parte se burla de los clientes y dice que les va hacer un tin TOK. No sé dan cuenta que la que está mal es ella o acaso ese debe ser el servicio??? Digo para que tienen personal si no sirven para nada??

La atención no es la más cordial siempre se batalla con el personal te atienden más a fuerzas que de ganas no solucionan problemas con el servicio.. es tardado .. parecen que no están capacitados de forma correcta.
