Telecable da muy mal servicio, el internet se corta como 100 veces al mes y es lento, el cable falla un poco menos pero igual presenta muchas interrupciones de señal; con una pequeña nube que se presente se cae todo el servicio por in día entero. Si teléfono es malísimo, solo funciono como 1 día y me canse de hablar por teléfono para que restablecieran el servicio. En general nada recomendable.
Telecable gives very bad service, the Internet is cut as 100 times a month and is slow, the cable fails a little less but still has many signal interruptions; with a small cloud that is present, the whole service falls down in a whole day. If the phone is terrible, it only worked like 1 day and I got tired of talking on the phone to get the service restored. In general, nothing recommendable.

El servicio está bien pero sin embargo siento que hacen falta más atención al cliente hace falta ambientación promociónes o algo así que llame más la atención. Por que al estar hai me sentía incómodo presionando con la ambientación del lugar para mí en lo personal hace falta más color y que te resivan con más calides.
The service is fine but nevertheless I feel that more attention is needed to the client, lack of promotion, or something that calls more attention. Because being hai I felt uncomfortable pressing the setting of the place for me personally needs more color and resivan you with more warmth.

Es demasiado 300 pesos para el pésimo servicio de cable q tienen ya que seguido se traban sus canales y nadie resuelve nada y su programación nada variada del 1 al 10 les pongo un, 0 ??????Ahh y yo no se para q pagan a 2 o 3 cajeras si vas a pagar tu mensualidad y siempre esta cobrando 1na cajera prq las otras están hablando por el teléfono o su celular

Worst service in the World, called 4 times for a technician to repair modem, each time they promised in 24-48 hours he would come, never showed. Futher television picture lacks a good signal or vanished completely. We switched service to Sky satélite and now we have a strong internet, also the picture quality is fantastic.
