Disgusting internet service. Only for that reason I have them hired, because there is no other option. But it's lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet is very slow and unreliable. It's a shame some people in the city is attached to this service since it's the only ISP apart from Telmex, who doesn't cover the whole city. The calbe service is pretty regular and the tecnicians aren't well trained. I needed to pay an external person to install the cable service. No HD channels. The modem they offers is very basic, and they don't give instructions on how to install one of my own. Oh, and ports closed too, you can't use torrent at all.
