★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que es cable perfecto pero en lo que es internet REALMENTE NO SIRVE TENGO CONTRATADO EL DE 5MG Y ES DEMASIADO LENTO hice una prueba del internet y solo me están dando 1mg ya lo reporte y aún no viene ningún técnico ya fui a reportarlo cuando pague y aún así me dicen que mandarán a un técnico ... Dudo mucho que sea el único que le pasa eso.
 What is perfect cable but in what is internet I DO NOT REALLY HAVE THE 5MG CONTRACTED AND IT IS TOO SLOW I did a test of the internet and they are only giving me 1mg I already reported it and there is still no technician coming I went to report it when I paid and They still tell me they will send a technician ... I doubt that he is the only one that happens to him.

I could dial the customer service number and they never answered. I have been without internet for 4 days they say it is a "general failure" but my neighbors do have service ... No one is responsible
