Nunca responden el teléfono tampoco esta fatal el servicio y pues el Internet falla demasiado, nunca se puede llamar para que lo restablezcan porque no contestan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, durante el mes paso más tiempo sin internet que con el, los costos considero altos para el servicio tan nefasto que ofrecen, se jactan de tener un servicio de fibra óptica y simétrico y no funciona, tengo 2 contratos en diferentes puntos de Huamantla y ni a cual irle, no recomendable en lo absoluto, si hubiera estrellas en negativo llenaba las 5, ojalá que mejoren su servicio, de lo contrario mejor que se dediquen a otra cosa, aparté el soporte técnico y la atención telefónica de lo peor, sus propios técnicos hablan de lo malo que es su servicio..
