★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de internet, siempre esta fallando y me quedo sin internet por varios días y luego NO te los descuentan y tienes que pagar tu tarifa completa.
En cuanto video es bastante bueno el servicio de 115 canales.
 Terrible internet service, it is always failing and I am without internet for several days and then they are NOT discounted and you have to pay your full rate.
As for video, the 115-channel service is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio el que brinda telecable, definitivamente no lo contraten, todo el tiempo está sin señal, y si quieres llamar para reportar te salen con que el número de reporte tampoco está disponible.
Sin duda el peor servicio de cable.

Vas a los módulos y cero explicación sobre las fallas..
2 días sin servicio y como si nada..
Y el servicio al cliente,señores de telecable??
