★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad seria muy bueno pero a mi no se xq viene un aire y me quedo. Sin senal de tv y wifi les hablas jamas te contestan vas a reportar. Y la señoritas. Q estan ahi super grosera y prepotente. Me gusta sus canales todo no se xq yo me quedo sin señal. Mi hija vive a dos cuadras y mo le pasa pero ya no se como reportarlo ayudenme xfavorrrrrr ojala y algun dueño. Lea mi comentario y jale orejas. Para q los empleados den un mejor servicio
 The truth would be very good but I don't know why an air is coming and I'm staying. Without TV and Wi-Fi signal, you never speak to them, you will report. And the ladies. Q are there super rude and arrogant. I like your channels, I don't know why I run out of signal. My daughter lives two blocks away and it happens to her but I don't know how to report it anymore help me xfavorrrrrr hopefully and some owner. Read my comment and pull ears. For employees to give a better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, para empezar solo tienen una forma de pago, el internet siempre falla por cualquier razon todos los meses, la programacion es buena sin embargo solo basta una lluviecita o un viento para qur se vaya dos o tres dias. Y no intenten reportatlo a los telefonos que ahi aparecen, tanto los locales como el 01800 nunca estan disponibles o estan suena y suena y jamas te contestan en serio, me arrepenti de contratarlos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en chetumal. Más de 72 horas con servicio intermitente din poder acceder a wsp, face y servicio al cliente patético! Ocho meses peleando cada mes porque no es posible que cada semana tengan fallas pero son súper eficientes para cortar la señal el día de tu corte! Si quieren un servicio pésimo contraten cablemas!
Terrible service in chetumal. Over 72 hours with intermittent din service to be able to access wsp, face and pathetic customer service! Eight months fighting every month because it is not possible that every week they have failures but they are super efficient to cut the signal on the day of your cut! If you want a lousy service hire cablemas!
