★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio totalmente deficiente para la gran cantidad de servicios que dice ofrecer. Frecuentemente no tienen dinero para realizar las transacciones. En la sucursal de la calle libertad está pésimo el servicio. Hay 6 cajas pero solo un cajero... Lento ...lento. Esperas de 1 a 2 hrs !! Increíble pero cierto. He dejado quejas y sugerencias y por su puesto que no hay respuesta y tampoco mejora.
Totally poor service for the large number of services it claims to offer. They often do not have the money to transact. The service is terrible at the branch on Libertad Street. There are 6 cashiers but only one cashier ... Slow ... slow. You wait from 1 to 2 hrs !! Incredible but true. I have left complaints and suggestions and of course there is no response and no improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuenta con estacionamiento para usuarios. El señor que está ahí los dos únicos lugares se los reserva a personal del IMSS que le dejan las llaves encargadas, sólo una caja abierta y, por tanto; mucho tiempo de espera.
There is no parking for users. The man who is there reserves the only two places for IMSS personnel who leave him the keys in charge, only an open box and, therefore; Long waiting time.
