★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui puedes realizar retiros de las becas del Sicard y en general otros movimientos de ese tipoNo se podria esperar mas de las ex oficinas de telegrafo el servicio varia y como para cualquier tramite si llegas temprano te atienden mejor y hay menos gente.
Here you can make withdrawals from Sicard scholarships and in general other movements of that type. You could not expect more from the former telegraph offices, the service varies and as for any procedure if you arrive early they serve you better and there are fewer people.
