★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere mucho a ser atendido y el personal sentado sin hacer nada, una vez que se acercan a atenderme a la ventanilla lo hacen de forma grosera y prepotente, solicite un envío por wéstern unión y argumento “que se había caído el sistema” llame a otras sucursales y afirmaron contar con sistema. Lamentable que en aras de no trabajar afecten a los clientes.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no quisieron pagarme una remesa de dinero porque según ellos faltaba uno de mis nombres, no tuvieron la intención siquiera de buscar una solución, comprobar mi identidad de alguna otra manera y menos de indicarme dónde más tenían servicio de western Unión cerca, había cruzado media ciudad para ir a esa sucursal.
Terrible attention, they did not want to pay me a remittance of money because according to them one of my names was missing, they did not even intend to seek a solution, to verify my identity in any other way and less to tell me where else they had western Union service nearby, there was crossed half the city to go to that branch.
