Xq keda cerkaz ?? to be a shipment but they should have been zavado & Sunday even if they are a few hours since we all work from Monday to Friday, then I put almost not all time already on Saturday or Sunday is when there a little more time but everything is great "cool" ?

Es impresionante ver a los señores de la tercera edad haciendo fila desde las 6 de la mañana, a cobrar su programa Bienestar, parados, bajo el sol incesante, en un triste localito. Sólo fui a recibir un pago de Western Union y fue horrible ver esa fila, que inconciencia, 10 sucursales en toda el área metropolitana, 2 cajeras y una siempre llega tarde, está en el baño o comiendo, sólo abren de lunes a viernes, horario reducido y la gente ahí en el sol, la lluvia, no hay estacionamientos, etc. Yo sólo estuve una hora haciendo fila y bien cansado. Pero eso sí, Telecomm aceptando pagos de todo. No puedo creerlo, si tantos servicios ofreces debes tener gente para atender. Es horrible Telecomm, pobres ancianos, tengan consideración por favor. I thought that after IMSS there was nothing worse. But Telecomm surpasses it. It is impressive to see senior citizens lining up from 6 in the morning to collect their Wellbeing program, standing under the incessant sun, in a sad little place. I only went to receive a payment from Western Union and it was horrible to see that line, how unconscious, 10 branches in the entire metropolitan area, 2 cashiers and one is always late, is in the bathroom or eating, they only open Monday through Friday, hours reduced and people there in the sun, rain, no parking lots, etc. I was only queuing for an hour and very tired. But yes, Telecomm accepting payments for everything. I can't believe it, if you offer so many services you must have people to attend to. It's horrible Telecomm, poor old men, please be considerate.
J	Jorge Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horario reducido, no abren fin de semana, solo tienen dos cajeras y muchas veces van al baño o a comer y generalmente está una, las filas kilometricas enormes, bajo un sol incesante, lleno de personas de la tercera edad, sin sana distancia. Pero eso sí, Telecomm se pone a ofrecer pagos de todo, de luz, agua, boletos avión Volaris, viva, aeromexico, de cable, de Western Unión, hasta de Avon!!!! Quieren abarcar mucho pero no tienen cómo satisfacer la demanda. Las señoritas son muy lentas y algunos clientes también, no traen los documentos y hay que prepararse para estar dos horas ahí mínimo. Llevese algo para el sol y la pandemia, hasta un banquito. Deberían 1. poner más cajeras 2. Que no vayan tanto al baño 3. Abrir más tiempo y días 4. Abrir otra sucursal cerca 5. No ofrecer taaaantos servicios 6. Revisión previa de documentos en la fila para hacer más fluido. Es horrible ir ahí, una pesadilla. Y todo en cuartito local comercial de 4 x 6 metros. The ladies are very slow and some clients too, they don't bring their documents and you have to prepare to spend at least two hours there. Take something for the sun and the pandemic, even a stool. They should 1. put more cashiers 2. That they don't go to the bathroom so much 3. Open more time and days 4. Open another branch nearby 5. Not offer sooo many services 6. Prior review of documents in line to make more fluid. It's horrible going there, a nightmare. And all in a small commercial 4 x 6 meter room.
