★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio si es que eso es lo que ofrecen, realmente no se que es lo que se dediquen hacer, pero las ocasiones en que me han orillado a llevar a cabo alguna actividad con TELÉGRAFOS, es mi peor experiencia, La primera ocasión no completaron el dinero me hicieron esperar para después decirme que no completaban, lo cuál tuve que regresar hasta que completaron la cantidad. Esto fue en la sucursal del Valle de Las Garzas. Ahora me acerque a otra sucursal Santiago, Manzanillo , Colima, peor caso Carolina la que estaba en esa Sucursal solo se escudo en decirme que ella no era la encargada y que no sabía nada. Según ella el sistema bancario o no se que plataforma estaba fuera de servicio, ningún tipo de solución, menos buen trato. se que no podía esperar mucho, se nota que dar buen servicio no es su fuerte. Pero detesto este lugar y considero que si quieren permanecer deben cambiar sus procesos, mínimo dar seguimiento. Es por estás **empresas** . Solo espero que nunca más me envíen dinero por esté medio. Su respuesta de Carolina fue, - el del Centro esta abierto hasta las 7:00 pm, pero si el sistema no sirve que garantiza que la sucursal del Centro funciona, piensa que soy tonta, siempre mienten . Pésimo lugar
