★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del Cajero Ángel Cortes Caballero ,grosero y prepotente con la gente de la tercera edad, refleja su poca educación y su poca capacidad para realizar su trabajo nefasto tipo ,igual que su jefa (no tengo el nombre) no escuchan a los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan a personas mayores y discapacitados, dan preferencia a personal de la terminal sur y el personal que atiende a los que van a cobrar las órdenes de pago de mayores de 68 años no tienen la más mínima idea de como se realizan los trámites para el cobro, cada persona (normalmente son 2) te in forma de diferente forma y si no se hace lo que te dicen, te comentan que no vas a poder cobrar, pregunten a los cajeros, tampoco saben mucho pero te dicen que necesitas para cobrar ( no saben mucho porque no te orientan) hay algún problema y dicen que es culpa del gobierno (oficinas encargadas de emitir las órdenes de pago

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudía a la sucursal Telecom Taxqueña a las 11 a.m. y el empleado de ventanilla me dijo "no hay dinero, se acabó temprano" no daba crédito a lo que escuché, pero es verdad, no pude cobrar mi beca.

La oficina ha estado cerrando muy temprano. Entre las 15:00 y 15:30 horas y nadie en la terminal sabe el motivo. Si visitan esta oficina háganlo antes de las 15:00 hrs pues de lo contrario, la van a encontrar cerrada.
"ATTENTION"
