★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly open till 6 or 6.30 pm but when we reached at 5.20, we were told that one needs to prebook timed tickets and last timing was 5 pm. Plan was to ho up by teleferico and return by walking down but because of this situation, we were unable to go up the hill on our one day at orizaba. With neither a website nor a facebook page nor a telephone number, how is one supposed to know when to book tickets! Long queues. There seem to be only 3 cable cars operational. So we spent time at the alameda park looking at cerro bottego and the teleferico passing above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the trip to the top of the mountain that overlooks the city, there's an interesting and historic park up there that used to be a fort that was a strategic point to defend the city in the 1800s. Spectacular views from every point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite foggy, so obviously there weren't any views to enjoy. The ride up was fun, but we had to wait 30 minutes fo go back down because there was a tour group riding up and down without getting out on top.
We started to do the hike down but it was too slippery and dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent option if you are looking for a good spot to take photos of the whole town. The view is amazing, the good thing is that this gives you a ride to Cerro del Borrego which is an Eco Park where you can do some hiking or simply enjoy the beautiful views that the park offers. Definitely worth to take if you are in Orizaba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg!!! Out of this world experience. My husband and I enjoyed our second honeymoon so much and were simply delighted by this amazing city and the teleferico ride. The view when you get to the top is indescribable. The feeling of breathing life, how welcoming people are and all the history of the place is just a great experience. Highly recommend. Don't miss it if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome views! Inexpensive at 50 pesos to go up and down. Smooth ride and many look out spots at the top. There is a small convenient store, bathrooms, an outdoor gym, zip line at the top.
