Que resulta que el día 18 de noviembre del año 2014, se expidió un servicio a nombre de la C. Isther Eunice Martines Martines, dicho número de contrato; que no dice en la hoja que dejan como respaldo, pero si el número de folio, el cual es: "471697"; este contrato expedido a la ciudadana mencionada con antelación, constaba de televisión por cable, Internet y una vía telefónica, las cuales, solo el servicio de cable fue puesto por los empelados de su empresa, argumentando estos sujetos que lo pondrían después, y pasado el tiempo la C. Isther Eunice Martines Martines hay ido en constantes ocasiones a las oficinas d la Sucursal "mega cable" y la respuesta es que después se lo pondrán, y es menestar que el telefono de oficina que aparece en las paginas de intenet no es la correcta o esta dado de baja....Es menestar que la Ciudadana mencionada con antelación ha pagado todos sus servicios y cuenta con los recibos de cobro, es por esto que la C. Isther Eunice reclama los servicios que le esta robando la empresa mega cable. Y pedimos que lleguen hacer la instalación de todos los servicios lo mas pronto.
Es por esto que acudimos ante esta vía a que tomen cartas en el asunto.
De lo contrario tomaremos otras medidas cautelares como el Fraude especifico. Estipulado y sancionado por el artículo 304 bis fracción IV del código penal vigente para nuestro estado.
Por lo antes Expuesto y fundado me tenga por recibido en los términos del presente escrito.
