Pésimo servicio, hay que corretearlos cuando uno da el anticipo, para que contesten teléfono o whatsapp es un martirio, hay que andar detrás de los técnicos para que no instalen al aventón, no te dejan las contraseñas ni te explican como instalar la aplicación, les da flojera programar las cámaras para que recibas mensajes en celular (sólo dicen que no se puede), después de que instalaron olvídate si necesitas algo de ellos nunca me contestaron.
DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY. La verdad la atención fue buena hasta ese momento.
El equipo que adquirimos se supone, se puede administrar pero el usuario y contraseñas que me dieron no eran los correctos.
Traté de contactar al responsable pero solo me dio largas y hasta el día de hoy no puede darme una solución.
El equipo sigue funcionando pero no se pueden aprovechar todas sus funciones.
