Carece de liderazgo, dirección, gerencia y supervisión. Practican modos medievales de castigo, te persiguen, te exponen. ¡Pides permiso para ir al baño! No te brindan capacitación profesional, los superiores no reciben capacitación.
Terrible workplace! The work culture of the company is aimed at the abuse and exploitation of diadem employees. The proposal in the interview is far from day to day.
